🛁 Start Your Soak (But Make It Blissed)

I think somewhere along the way, baths got lazy?? Like they turned into this thing we say is self-care, but it’s actually just sitting in water for ten minutes while scrolling your phone and then getting out feeling exactly the same. And I get it life is busy, kids, work, everything but if you’re going to take the time to run a bath, it might as well hit.

That’s always been the whole idea behind Blissed Out.

It’s small, but it changes everything. That’s kind of the whole Blissed Out approach. Nothing complicated. Nothing overhyped. Just doing the simple things properly so they actually work.

Because a bath shouldn’t feel like a chore you convinced yourself is relaxing.
